“Summer School for At-Home Food Safety” Special Webinar Series for Educators and Extension Volunteers:  The series will feature Extension food safety specialists from Land-grant Universities, including Kansas State/ University of Missouri, Purdue, and North Dakota State University.  
Each speaker will provide background information on different topic areas and then participate in a question and answer session following their presentations. This course is made possible through a grant supported by the USDA, as well as by the North Central Region Food Safety Extension Network.
