Attendees will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations by the deadlines above.  All rooms will be released from the block if not reserved by that time.  If people wish to book dates that are outside of the block dates, they must talk to the hotel directly and will be given the block rate only if extra dates are available.

Reimbursement after the meeting for:

WRCEFS, USDA-NIFA Southern Regional Food Safety Center  (http://sc.ifas.ufl.edu/), North Central Region Center for FSMA Training, Extension, and Technical Assistance (https://ncrfsma.org/), The Northeast Center to Advance Food Safety (https://www.uvm.edu/extension/necafs).

Rooms will have to be reserved and paid for up front using a personal credit card (do not use a corporate card).  At the meeting, individuals should verify email and mailing address for reimbursement (can be work or home) with UC Davis hosts.  Upon checkout, hotel receipts showing a zero balance or the word "Paid" and the last 4 digits of your credit card need to be submitted to UC Davis (zgates@ucdavis.edu) for reimbursement.  Digital receipts are fine.  A form will be emailed to you after you submit your receipts for you to sign, scan and return before you receive your check. 

Hotel cost, including fees, will be reimbursed, as well as hotel parking fees if applicable.  No other personal hotel expenses will be reimbursed.  UC Davis parking fees are non-reimbursable, but let us know in advance if you would like one.  Individuals seeking reimbursement will have to provide email address and mailing address and whether you are a U.S. Citizen (for check dispersal) upon registration.
