Digital receipts are fine. A form will be emailed to you after you submit your receipts for you to sign, scan and return before you receive your check.
Hotel cost, including fees, will be reimbursed, as well as hotel parking fees if applicable. No other personal hotel expenses will be reimbursed. UC Davis parking fees are non-reimbursable, but let us know in advance if you would like one. Individuals seeking reimbursement will have to provide email address and mailing address and whether you are a U.S. Citizen (for check dispersal) upon registration.
